A platform for enterprise, innovation and opportunity
Exhibition opportunities are open to organisations whose products, services, programmes or innovations are relevant to the Summit audience and objectives.
Choose the visibility that fits your organisation

What exhibitors can expect

Exhibition activity runs alongside the programme
Exhibitors are positioned within a wider environment of learning, competition, leadership and networking — not in an isolated trade fair.

AI, digital transformation, student innovation and technology-enabled enterprise attract visitors with strong interest in new solutions and tools.
Entrepreneurship & Enterprise
Business development, entrepreneurship and enterprise sessions create a natural audience for business products and professional services.
EMMI Challenge Series
Finalists, innovators and emerging entrepreneurs bring additional energy and opportunity into the exhibition environment.
Leadership & Networking
CEO interaction, professionals, institutions and invited business stakeholders expand the range of connections available to exhibitors.
Plan early for a professional setup
Confirmed exhibitors will receive operational information before the Summit. Organisations with specialist requirements should communicate them during the application process.
Final setup, loading, unloading and dismantling windows will be communicated to confirmed exhibitors.
Exhibitors requiring electricity or specialist electrical loads should declare requirements in advance.
Organisations requiring dedicated connectivity should indicate this during technical coordination.
Exhibitors are encouraged to prepare professional branded materials appropriate to their allocated space.
All installations, equipment and activities must comply with Summit and University venue requirements.
Large demonstrations, machinery, sound, specialist structures or unusual installations require prior approval.
Exhibition approval does not automatically include sponsorship rights, premium branding or premium-location privileges. Organisations seeking wider brand visibility should also enquire about available sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities.
