Step 1 — Your Profile

Why we ask for this information: Your profile helps the Operations Team match your education, experience and strengths to suitable duties. It also supports volunteer coordination, training records and accurate preparation of official volunteer documentation.

Step 2 — Skills & Preferred Department

6 volunteer departments are open. Choose the department that best matches your skills and interests. If you are unsure, select General / Assign Me Where Needed. Department choice is a preference; final placement is based on suitability and operational needs.

Step 3 — Availability & Commitment

Select every period when you are genuinely available. Early availability from Sunday, 15 November is useful for preparation, orientation and setup.

EMMI is structuring volunteering as a practical development experience, not simply a source of event labour. Selected volunteers will be integrated into real Summit operations and departmental teams.

Volunteer Development & Support Contribution

Application is free. Only applicants selected for the official volunteer team will be asked to make this contribution. It supports volunteer orientation/training, project-management learning materials, administration and documentation, and the support required to coordinate the volunteer programme.

The contribution is not a registration fee and does not buy an attestation. An official Attestation of Volunteering is issued after satisfactory service and completion of the volunteer responsibilities.

Selection process: Apply free → EMMI reviews your profile → selected applicants receive contribution/payment instructions → after confirmation, volunteers receive onboarding and the appropriate official volunteer/department WhatsApp group instructions.
